I travel all around the country and attend conventions at all the major convention centers. In all of my year's experience, I have never met a more customer-service oriented company then Rhino Business Services. Even though the staff was extremely busy on the opening day of the convention, they still took the time to find solutions for some graphic problems I was having and they did it with a smile. There are a lot of "chain" stores out there (with the cookie cutter approach to business services, and employees who could care less about their jobs!), but this independent company earns my high marks!
