Known for the barmaid in a traditional German dirndl on the label, Saint Pauli Girl is brewed in Beck's brewery and, like Beck's, it is not bad but it is not anything special. I think that there are far better imported brews out there that warrant your money as opposed to St. Pauli!

Skunky as soon as I popped the top, sweet flavor with a bitter finish. It’s an overall decent brew

Very fine for a lager beer. Had a 22 ounce bottle recently and enjoyed it quite a bit. Certainly a light bodied beer. Nice and refreshing. Won't offend those who enjoy less hoppy craft beers.  The skunk factor is due to the clear glass bottles. If you buy some make sure it was stored out of contact with UV. The 12-pack is well shielded.  Update: I find myself enjoying this less due to the relative dry bitterness with too little malt.

Good beer.  Nice bite, but manageable for most beer lovers.

There are better German beers, but if this is among the choices, and you don't know any of the rest, choose this beer.  It is a good beer and it won't disappoint.

There are times when I have to have one of these.  It is a wonderful smooth beer with a great flavor, almost buttery.

St.Pauli Girl is my favorite. I love the taste, color and its kick. I'm thirsty now.

Solid mass-produced german brew. Decent taste, goes down easy. . .a can't miss if you're in a place with few beer selections.

One of the better German imports. Most of the really good German beer is brewed in monestaries by monks that have been brewing it since 1050 A.D. or so. But given that, St. Pauli Girl is pretty good.

One of the finest, and most crisp lagers out there. Very high quality, and always satisfying.

Not a bad lager. Comparible to heineken. I would've given it a 3 if it wasn't for the hot girls they put on their posters.

This stuff is awful. The only reason I've ever had it (besides initial curiosity) was because a friends father had a stash of it but it's terible. Nice looking lady but that's about all it's got going for it.

Whoa - open a bottle of this and it smells like you jyst hit a skunk with your car!. Gotta love the St Pauli Girl!
