BTW:
In the '40s and '50s, Pepsi was sold in 12 oz. bottles for the same price as a 7 oz. Coke. That may be the reason the Coca Cola company spent far more on its advertising.

06/18/2005 | Sorry I brought it down on the list. But there is really no difference. If you take the time to try and tell the difference, you really need to get another hobby. The only difference is the advertising. I like Coke's advertising better, but as far as taste goes, maybe it means I am unsophisticated, or maybe it means I have a life, but I can't tell a difference.

05/29/2005 | this rivalry seems to have been going on forever. they have always been neck to neck except when cocacola tried to change its formula and camee out with new coke. didnt work and they brought the original back. i like both but my preference is pepsi

04/14/2005 | Coke is way better than Pepsi. Pepsi's too sweet for my liking... Plus I like the classic Coke advertising from the 1940's and 50's. I haven't really seen anything like that w/ Pepsi, even though they've been around as long or longer.

02/18/2005 | I would certainly be able to tell the difference between the two and hands down, Pepsi wins. Coke is often flat and lacks favor while Pepsi is sweet and refreshing. By the way, if Pepsi's the unsophisticated beverage Coke must really be down their on that classy carbonated beverage scale (lol).
