Excellent movie. Lots of complex Issues, the Acting was incredible and Eastwood did an Awesome job in the Direction. Totally recommend watching it.

This is Eastwood in rare form. I don't think it matches Unforgiven, but its pretty close.

Though this was not an easy film to watch,it was top-notch.Clint Eastwood is possibly the best director around,and does his finest acting here,also.The entire cast deserves academy awards,the action is tough and brutal and the movie packs a wallop (pun intended) as it raises questions many will find uncomfortable to address.Definately the BEST movie to come out in the last few years.

Although I was surprised by the ending, the film in general was overated. The fact that I loved the boxing scenes surprised me and I thought Hilary Swank did a great job, but in general the film was weak and somewhat predictable.

I just saw this movie tonight. Wow, I'm overwhelmed. This was beyond a boxing movie. I don't want to give away the ending, but I have to say Hilary Swank, Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman all deserve an Oscar for this film. It reminds me of why I love boxing so much. It's all about heart and so is this movie. Go see it.
