The bullshit that passes for creative thought on here never ceases to amaze me.
Areas like the Tenderloin or the Deuce aren't the only places with a homeless problem. Where I live its a major issue, and while I gave up my bleeding heart a long while ago, I think, if one uses the word "creative" in a list title, and comes up with crap like this, one invites sarcasm at the very least.
As to who is "less civilized than animals" as another reviewer comments, I raise the same question about anyone who proposes the above as a creative solution.
Read something about the nature of homelessness in North America these days. A great many homeless people worked within the last month and are in their situation because of circumstances, bad luck and poor decisions, not by choice.
Most of us are about 3 missed mortgage payment or bounced rent cheques away from sleeping under a bridge, so spare me the condescending crap.
