Yeah, I guess it is an overrated movie. Just like Beethoven is an overrated piano player, Babe Ruth is an overrated baseball player, Einstein was an overrated scientist, and Oxygen is an overrated gas.

A timeless classic that will be long endured in hearts of all ages.

When something is truly good - it doesn't change. This is a great film and it will always be a great film - in the same way that Van Gogh's Starry Night will always be a great painting.

Though I like both songs The Wicked Witch is Dead and Follow the Yellow Brick Road(all the other songs annoyed me or bored me) and I like the characters the Scarecrow and the Tinman, I didn't care much for the movie. I hated that it scared so many kids even today. You'll most likly get scared by either the witch or flying monkeys. Plus some of it seemed a bit too boring. It may be a classic but I hope you aren't surpossed to love a clssic.
