It grabbed my attention and held on for 2 hrs. People hate on this movie because they don't want to believe it. If the movie had the exact opposite message it wouldn't be known as propaganda. You might not agree with the way he presented them, but you can check his facts and resources, I assure you. But, that's just the way us Americans are - if something threatens what you previously believed .................it's bull&*^%, right? No matter your politics though, great documentary. The only ones that might be better are 'Hearts of Darkness' and 'When We Were Kings'.

Michael Moore's paranoid explanation for all events of the 21st Century variety. Unsubstantiated conspiracy theories appealed to audience members who grew up watching the X Files. About as much of a fair, objective documentary as Bowling for Columbine.

This is the perfect movie for the vapid dunce who thinks they know something because they have listened carefully to other dunces spouting off cliches and bumpersticker quotes. Click your heels together and say Haliburton three times and all your dreams will come true.

Yes, too many lies and not funny

Over rated? It hardly got shown by a majority of theaters...interesting how many of those who trash the film admit to never having SEEN it.I saw it.It had it's moments-I'd give it a c plus or a b minus. It made some very poignant points about the misuse of patriotism and raised some questions well worth pondering.

Has to be most overrated. I would rather watch Sack Lunch 2000 straight times than watch even 5 seconds of Moore's treason and sedition.

Depends on the way you see the movie. If you see at as a documentary that revels the biggest conspiracy in modern American history, well, then yes, you have over rated it. However, I simply see it as a fictional documentary (contridicting??) that is rather enjoyable to watch, witty, and it does expose some things, and people who are extremely ignorant of politics well find it eye-opening. Moore is not known for his truth telling, rather the way he presents his truth. I didn't expect it to change my personal opinion on Bush (I already hated him in the first place) or make me like John Kerry, I just expected what I got, an interesting look at a situation.

Lol.I am not sure I would call this a movie. It is not a true documentary either. Not sure what to call it, but then,I have not wasted enough time to watch the garbage.

Nope. Funny as hell. Did you see the look on the faces of the D.C. types when Moore asked them to sign their kids up for the Army? Priceless. . .

An attempt to sway the 2004 presidental election through questionable but creative film editing that basically crashed and burned. Still, it became the rallying cry for Bush haters everywhere. I agree that how you rate it depends on your pre-conceived political leanings. But, if it was a documentary then so was Star Wars.

Though this movie(sorry if I spelled the title wrong) is not the most overrated movie but it was a horrid movie that shouldn't have even got past 1 million dollars. It's sad to see stupid movies like these win but films like Hidalgo or Miracle flop.

I have to admit, it was a great editing job.
