Baking Soda and Vinegar

Pack baking soda into your drain, then pour in a cup of vinegar. Immediately cover the drain with plug. The building pressure should help clear the drain.

I have used this in the past to clear slow moving drains, and it can be pretty effective. But for completely blocked drains it doesn't seem to be much help.
