Kraftwerk 5

These guys had an influence on every single electro musician. You could say Kraftwerk invited this kind of music. Amazing band.

These guys were doing dance and techno music decades before anyone else. People forget that the "New Wave" scene is largely credited to the British. However, all of thoe artists credit German punk and Kraftwerk as influences.

Even Gary Neuman - and American singer of the famous New Wave song "Cars" - credits Kraftwerk for making him the musician he became. "Cars" was apparently inspired in part by "Autobahn" - Kraftwerk's biggest hit.

Big influence on all electronic music. The pop/new wave of the 80s as well as some early rap artists. Scorpio by Grandmaster Flash is either a Kraftwerk sample or heavily influenced by them.

A lot like the VU: too influential to ignore.
