After being a virtual nobody in the league for years, has suddenly flourished in his stint with the Golden State Warriors this past season. Extremely versatile player who can play both forward positions, and do just a little bit of everything out on the floor. Hit some clutch shots for the Warriors during their improbable upset of the top seeded Mavericks during the 2007 NBA playoffs, and had a very memorable slam dunk over top Dirk Nowitzki. Matt Barnes would be a great addition to any uptempo club, rumor has it the Grizzlies may try and sign him, however Golden State will make their best effort to retain him.
