Last I checked, women didn't HAVE to change their last names. If it bothers you so much, don't change it.

My mom had to go through bouts of changing her name on every account, etc that she had. It's definitely a plus for a guy.

so do women's. when they get married they aren't legally bound to change their name. i'm sorry, i guess i got confused and thought this was the 21st Century.
