Depends on what you're talking about. If you're talking about doing it in the presense of a woman; then no, you shouldn't do it. I don't want to see it; now with other guys, go for it, they don't seem to mind anyway.

As long as you keep it low key you are fine. If there are no women around you can anounce it and still be okay.
