05/19/2005 | It would depend on the degree of irresponsibility. Some scumbag with 4 DUI's and other federal crimes on a rap sheet maybe. Not a punk teenager who kills somebody on his 5th drunk in dads car...this would have to be looked at closer.

03/03/2005 | Wrongful accidental death is not severe enough a crime to warrant such a punitive sentence. This is entirely too long even if there is gross negligence but no intent.*****Update vfern, I am going to accidentally beat yo' ass when we get home tonight in an unitended manner. 20 years is too long for someone who did not intend to do that actual act of killing.
