If a leader is not confident in what they are saying, then no one is going to believe what they say.

They are not easily convienced because they have good knowledge of whatever they are doing

This is a must because if you seem indecisive or seem a bit shy, the followers won't have much confidence in their leader and that is bad for a team. Plus no one will take the leader seriously or people may think that they don't know what they are doing.

You certainly have to be confident in your decisions. If you seem wishy-washy, it doesn't exactly bring confidence to others.
