This is the old style of leader/boss that I have stereotyped on my mind - The loud boss with a black suit on who yells at people. This is not really needed. Loudness is a substitute for the leader's ability to lead a team competently and a substitute for strength.

Hardly. Loud=jackass, not leader.

Being loud is often a substitute for being correct.
