Bossy 2

Being able to delegate effectively would be better then being bossy. Being bossy is if they are a bit harsh and just tell everyone what to do all the time without being polite or listening to anyone else. I once viewed a survey and it was based on what the most hated characteristic in humans were. And being bossy was near the top of the list.
