Easy-going 4

I don't think this is a bad characteristic at all. In fact, it is a very good one. An easy going leader will make the team feel relaxed and make them want to do their best. They can take a joke and they don't always destroy innovation with the company rules. Plus if you arrive late or even do something wrong, they won't make a big deal out of it and make you look and feel like a bad person. They are also forgiving. All of us need a break. But this has to be used in balance because discipline and high standards have to be maintained.
