This is five stars for me because compassion doesn't make you weak. It only makes you weak if it isn't balanced with other characteristics. God is full of compassion and mercy, yet He is a Mighty leader.

Caring and compassionate, but not to the point of being weak. It points back to not wanting to put yourself in a position where you can be taken advantage of.

A good leader must care about the people he or she is in charge of.Otherwise,they are just pawns being sacrificed for the glory of a tyrant.In todays Global society,this compassion should be extended to everyone affected by his or her decisions.
