This is a must considering that the ultimate leader is such a good leader because of His love. If a leader doesn't have love, they are just noisy gongs. If they don't have love, they certainly aren't going to be fair or care about your needs. They will be impersonal and distant and probably won't care if anything bad happens to you. If anyone died, it would be less paper work for them! People want a leader to have some sort of compassion and to be fair. Compassion and fairness spring from some sort of love.
