Yes I like a boss that can form a huddle, discuss the game plan, and then ask what does everyone think, and gives everyone a chance to voice their side and actually takes it all into consideration.

This is the best style of leadership. It is not autocratic where you have no rights and the leader can just do anything they feel like, yet it is not something where you can just do what you like. Democracy is the most balanced form of leadership because it gives the individuals a chance to express themselves and to change things they don't like, yet the leader has the last say and there are rules. It is a balance between discipline and freedom of expression.
