Good personality, ethical and morally good 5

This is a must. If a leader has a good personality, they will not lead you astray and they will be fair. It is usually leaders who are bad people who are unfair, really strict and have no compassion. Bad leaders are the types of leaders who end up being arrested for fraud or 'manipulating the accounting books!' I had a freind who was working. She had a leader with a bad heart and he was horrible to her. He was very strict, made her feel unsafe and was very impatient. There was once a time she didn't understand something so she asked him for help. He did something interesting but evil. He got a piece of paper, drew a square and asked her, 'do you know what this is? This is a brick, that's how stupid you are.' A leader with a good personality will not do something like that.
