I would have to agree with aDios. This isn't one of my most favourite attributes of a leader. Leaders who go by rules tend to be uncompassionate and will not let you leave that extra minute earlier. Those types of leaders tend not to see the human and emotional side of things and tend to be impersonal. This is a bad characteristic especially if the rules are unfair and stupid. But on the other hand, we must obey the rules.
