Tends not to take risks and would rather go on what works or what they know rather then do something that although it may benefit them, may mean change or the risk of something going wrong.

This is OK in certain situations but if a leader is too much like this, nothing much will get done and the company will be afraid to try new things which means they may never grow or take advantage of a really large sales opportunity.
