As Irishgit mentions, this is something I remember from high school-- for some reason, it was very popular back then, along with Blackberry Brandy, Colt 45, and Boonesfarm Apple Wine. I love sweets, but this stuff was way too sickeningly sweet even for me, and I remember that nauseating sweetness lingering in the back of my throat like slow death after vomiting it up in the Capitol Theatre parking lot (right before the AC/DC concert, or the Cheap Trick concert, or the Judas Priest concert, or the...).
