No No No! Just too young and that's why her voice isn't good enough!

by far the worst voice in the top 24, its a shame she beat hopefuls like Judd Harris and Aloha because they had potential to go places where she had no chance from the word go

Janay Castine, if you ever happen to read this, I want you to know that you were my favorite contestant on the show. I dont think that she was a bad singer. In fact, she reminded me of a young Monica. She was original in her style and the songs that she sang sounded wonderful. Ireally dont even watch the show like I used to because she is gone now. I really wish that she had made it further into the show. I think that in a couple of years, she will have perfected her voice and she will come out as a superstar.

Oh my dear sweet Lord....how did this happen...how did Janay get as far as she did on American Idol for crying out loud! HORRIBLE voice and she looks like a deer caught in the headlights on stage, or as Simon said, when she is singing at times she looks like she is watching a horror movie! Please stop Janay, I am sure you are good at something but it is not singing.

I waited to see her again before I commented on her. She really should have been voted off March 2, but unless she has a lot of friends with speed dial I think she'll be voted off March 9. Seems like a nice enough person and has a potentially good voice, but I think her nerves get the best of her.

I love Janay! She has easily become my favorite contestant of the current top 20. I love the songs she has chosen and the way she has sung them. Her rendition of Hit 'Em Up Style sounded better than Blu Cantrell's. She has a wonderful sparkle, she is fun to watch and thoroughly entertaining. If this girl doesn't end up with a recording contract it will be a crime, and our loss. Did I mention she has a fabulous voice?

I think Simon is right. Janay is not ready for this competition yet. She is just not ready. Way to nervoes and her voice needs a few more years to develop.
