she seemed funny and enthusiastic at first. but eventually that whole 'bubbly' thing got boring. and i realized, shes not that great of a singer. she just wants to be another 'babara streisand'. and to me, anyone who wants to be a duplicate and does'nt want to be their own person - are not an idol

I liked her! She is so open and her voice is also good.. Not so good like Anwar or Vonzell, but just enough!

Unusual girl who seemed like a mix of Babara Streisand and Fran Dreshcer. It was like somebody borrowed DNA from those two and created Mikala. She annoyed a lot of people too, and her vocals are, like Lyndsey, too low toned to handle a lot of different music styles. I really liked her though. If I was a teen boy, I would have a heck of a crush on her!

love the personality, never really cared for the voice, tho i never hated it until the top 11 performance, i understood why she was voted out that night

Okay, she is very young and acts like a teenager, but very over-the-top like she is trying too hard to impress. I don't see how she has made it this far on American Idol...I know there were several people that auditioned that were 1000 times better. She might make it on a sitcom though, what a character!

Her voice is good but annoying and seems to try to impress the judges by picking songs that do not match her personality so obivosily she is hiding her personality with the song she selects

I can't decide if I like her or not. She reminds me of a girl I know that is fine as long as I'm around her in small doses. Pretty good voice, but that personality can be grating.

Why is Fran Drescher on American Idol?

People who say she can't sing, I hope you watched this weeks performances. Mikalah blew us away. She was by far the best girl that night. I was so proud of her. Yes, she can be annoying at times, but she has character and not afraid to show it. But there is so much to her. That is why she is so important to that show. Final 12 is secured for her. I'm sure.
