02/08/2007 | What else is there to say, the greatest guitarist of the 80's and one of the best ever, spoke to the audience through his guitar strings and didn't need to shred to impress people, all soul, all meaning, all that's lacking now is the hall of fame induction.

03/13/2005 | HOW did SRV get THIS far down?!? Substance troubles tripped him up mid-stream, but in the formative years, no one was fit to shine his humbuckers. Hammered so many chords, you needed slo-mo cameras to go back and see what you heard. Not in the rock genre, which is why he's always found in the middle of the deck. Top axe god if ever there was one.
