Elite 8 material, but not Final Four as they will have to face Wake. There is some question that Washington will be falling to them. >Upsets are likely of couse and this team avoided it. Pitino was elated that he got the win, but be happy no more as the road is rough. >> Final Four caliber- they may have been a number 2 seed instead. >>>Don't be too sure PB, WVU is just too dangerous when they are left alone outside the arc. they may need an overtime session to defeat them. This team is no overrated Washington. >>>> I knew for a fact that WVU was tough, but surprise! A deficit of 20 down at one point and needed OT to get in the Final 4. They can celebrate now, but they have to think, they cannot be in such deficits like this if they face Arizona or Illinois. I dock them a star because they may not get any farther if they let the 3pt shooters make their shots. >>>>> I was so right! No reason to not dock them a star. They had put a good fight in the first half and that's it. They were not sinking their shots and did get into foul trouble in the second half. They were a force to look out for, but they unfourtunately were not like last week. Pitino's last minute plans came a little too late, but even that, they would not have won anyway as Illinois was more patient. Good job though.

I've got them in the Final Four. Garcia, Dean, and O'Bannon can all shoot, and because of their 4 seed, they can float under the radar and play motivated and with something to prove to the nation because they deserved at least a 2 seed.

My sleeper pick. Capable of beating anyone if things go their way. I have then going to the sweet 16 but anything can happen....

A Final Four contender, but will have to get past Gonzaga or Wake Forest. Possible but I won't hold my breath.

ESPN aired Louisville games as much as reruns of Tilt. They looked good through the year , but nearly faltered against Memphis State. I think so many so-called Bracketologists are annointing Louisville and railing against their #4 seed, that they might be ripe for a shocker by LA-LAF. Then you'll see all the bracketologists call in sick by Saturday.

No.Overrated and should have been defeated in the Conference championship.

I think there are going to be lots of upsets this year, and there are about 12 teams with the potential to win the whole thing. Louisville is one of those teams - they are playing great ball right now - I can't believe they're only a four seed.

I don't think Conference USA is as tough a schedule as the ACC or Big East, but Louisville is still a great team. Probably atleast a sweet 16 team, with a chance to go even further.
