Oh...my...gosh....this was truly amazing and to see it on the big screen was phenomenal.

Truly a big screen battle of epic proportions. The CGI was amazing and the way they used different camera angles to tell the story of the battle was truly inspired. The sound editing for this piece of film was truly remarkable and I applaud the people who even attempted to take that sort of job on. There wasn't much dialouge but the dialouge that was there was well timed and added some comic relief. Gimli: That still only counts as one! Ha, ha, great stuff.

Honestly, the greatest thing I have ever seen. Eventhough it never happened, it was amazing. The opening bombardments, the Riders of Rohan taking on the Armies of Gondor and the Oliphants. Even though it was sort of an anti-climax with the Dead Army, I think it is the greatest battle scene ever.
