They are going to face great challenges soon as they do not have Okafor. Villanueva is their best bet to lead them to a sweet 16 bid. If you had remembered, they were #1 last year and lost at UNC. They lost again this year to them at Hartford. It will be total humiliation if they meet them again. >They better look out, thay are exposing themselves and by that unimpressive win, they may seem to be overrated. >>Woosh! you're out just like that Uconn, because of Okafor leaving you too early. But look on the btight side, you are not the only Big East team that lost in the top 32.

If they get by Kansas, they'll beat N. Carolina. Very good, gritty, balanced team that never loses its cool.

UConn will make it to the Elite 8 and will have to have a good game to beat the Tar Heels.

I just got back from the Big East Tourney in New York, and UCONN was shaky. They struggled against Georgetown, and got thumped by 'Cuse. That being said, this team certainly has talent - their point guard is playing great, and they have the best frontcourt in the country... we'll see if they can get things going again.

With the experience from last years win, and argueably the best coach in all of college basketball, you can't count my homeboys out. As zuchinibut said the Huskies have 2 top big men and are pretty solid all around the court.

UCONN has the necessary experience and coaching to make a run, and might be the best team in the nation inside with Villanueva and Boone. Rudy Gay is a stud, and I wouldn't be surprised for him to make this tournament his coming out party.
