Sorry to not leave anything here when the selections started, but I was cluless on what to put for this volitile team. They were not intimidated by that ODU squad, and though they trailed by 5, they were able to figure out how to win games. Now tell me please, what is not to like about Michigan State? >> I'm still waiting for an answer now that they are in the sixteen. You should reply as soon as possible if Duke does lose to them. They would be a suprise final 4 team should they win. >>>> Nothing? They have spanked Duke and they deserved to be an E-8 Team and they are a trouble everytime they go to the final games. Now this team can be the one that can stifle North Carolina as they have been a little Swiss cheese on defense. This game against Kentucky was a classic and should be looked at for ages to come. At first they were not used to it, but they got their rhythm going. Very entertaining game! Now, zuchinibut, are you convinced enough that they are deep enough and very elite? People, this weblist shows that they are 13th in voting. Can you raters move them up to the top 4 now that they busted your brackets convincingly? >>>>> All right, this where it stops for them as the Tar Heels were in complete control after the last tie. They will not be like Indiana in 2002 with the same seed. This team was not able to go stride for stride for UNC's accelerando after that tie; but did you believe that this team could be in St. Louie in the beginning? Well, this team had showd doubters and though they would have had some chance to go farther, they were incredible. OK tboneya, you can balk all you want about hating this team but I'm leaving this rating alone because they had the most difficult schedule after the top 32. Congrats to them.

A good team based on their conference and record, but still does not impress me at all.
