Seems to be able to keep a lot of the local talent at home, but has not been there long enough to be called great. Bob Bender had some tremendous success early on and then fell off big time. The same could happen to Romar.

Awe some coach. You wil lbe seeing some big things from Washington in the next couple years if not this year for sure. He has completely turned the program into a winning one all by himself.
