Gregg is a very good judge of talent. I agree with that one poster, though, he might not be too effective without Tim Duncan, but most coaches need good talent to win anyway.Good player acqusitions are the strenth of any sports franchise.

I honestly never heard of him until he coached the Spurs. I guess you can't debate his body of work with the Spurs, but I'll have a better idea of how good he is when Tim Duncan is no longer a factor.
