Maybe not the greatest coach in history, but has some interesting footnotes (Use these at the bar when in need of good trivia). He was the only coach to beat the Celtics during their great championship run from 1957-1969 -- and he did it TWICE (1958 and 1967) with 2 different teams (the St. Louis Hawks and Philly 76ers (maybe the greatest NBA team in history)). He was also the first coach to win an NBA and ABA championship (Bill Sharman is the only other).
