Forgive me for observing that this statement is not far off those made by the more excessive commentators who espouse legislation like the Patriot Act.

Again a truthful statement. War - has there ever been a time of absolute peace on this planet? Freedom - no man is free from the basic desires. Ignorance is strength - it's what made the Soviet Union work, it's what made the Third Reich great.
