They work, I used the device for about 6 months for 6 hours a day, and I gained about 3 inches and 35% in penis width. I personally would recommend the X4 Labs penis extender available at http://www.x4labs.com

They actually work...there is some exageration on how big can you get ..but I 've gained 1.5 inches using Megasizer penis extender for 3 months...their price is a fraction of the competitors and still works great...try them and lemme know if I'm lying or not
