Dr. Hook was AWESOME! Some great concert memories. Tey definitely should be in. Classic line is Sawyer telling a drunk female heckler "Don't bother me while I'm working. I don't come to your work and pull the mattress out from under your ass." CLASSIC!

Far too intelligent for the Hall of Shame.

I love Dr.Hook. Freaker's Ball is one of my favorite songs ever. However, I am not sure that they belong in the Hall. There are definitely more deserving acts as much as I like them.

The Best Band Ever!!!

They were really good! The Cover of  Rolling Stone, Sylvia's Mother and so many other songs were great and the band was lots of fun. I like their music. A Hall of Fame should be about the elite. The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry. Being good isn't enough. It is like the word superstar. There are people I have never heard of who are called superstars. If people who are paying attention don't know who you are, you are no superstar.

A wonderfull Band with a very good lyrics (Ballad of Lucy Jordan, Freakers Ball,....) and super shows from the real life. They do what they like, thats it is.

Funny original songs, good to excellent music, and very entertaining on stage. Yeah they should be in the R&R Hall of Fame.

Now we're getting silly, wehn we start considering Dr. Hook.

I liked this group--Cover of the Rolling Stone, etc., but they flamed out and died. I thought I read they declared bankruptcy on a lark and it dissolved the band!
