Why this is especially horrible is that it is another,usually a young child that is being harmed.I read one story where the afflicted adult was actually filling her child,s feeding tube with human fecal material.The poor young kid was always getting sick and had no idea why.She counted on her mom to make things right and little did she know that her mom was the cause of her illness.
