This episode just made me rethink all my views on life and death

The first season just couldn't miss! Kevin McCarthy was excellent here. I wish we could have gotten a little more reaction out of Walter's fiance's dad when he found out about Walter. This episode had one of the best and most memorable endings.

I've never forgotten this episode. When the girls father discovers that his daughter's fiance is in pictures from the Civil War, I was fascinated. I think Walter mentioned that he's been very lucky not to get injured thereby living for thousands of years! I loved the stories about those who had lived for a long time thru one method or another. At the end when the girl comes in and sees only dust, was very moving.

Very well done immortality tale. Kevin McCarthy is nothing short of excellent in the lead role, and the script and direction is close to flawless.
