The Last Of The Mohicans (1992) 5

I loved this film. I know the British Academy gave it a lot of respect, and nominated it for major awards. Daniel Day-Lewis is extraordinary, and brings a lot of excitement to the story. Wes Studi is excellent! I agree with the critics on Siskel and Ebert when they reminded the Academy, that Wes Studi deserved a Best Supporting Actor nomination. The directorial effort is superb! Although I don't care for violence, it was indeed, a period of violence.
