I used to have Skip as a personal trainer for years. He definately pushed me into the best shape i have ever been in. Its been years but I have no doubt he is still toning up bodies all over Jacksonville.

Skip Sylvester is the best trainer anywhere! He has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, and he is amazing at what he does! I knew nothing about working out before I hired Skip, and now I have kept the weight off for over 4 years! He has a new web site that you can visit for more information: bodybyskipinc.com. I highly recommend him!
