Now that I downgraded my cable package I no longer get Comedy Central, Sci-Fi, or CMT. These were my default go to channels when there was nothing else on, but without them, to my surprise, I find myself watching the Travel Channel. Man vs. Food is probably the best series on TV right now. Of course that probably says more about the low quality of TV programming these days than it says about the show itself.

The three biggest personalties are Pompous chain smoker, Telly Savalas, and Little Miss Sunshine. All of them bring something to the table.

There's a channel for everything now isn't there, travel, cooking, gardening, golf, tennis, soccer, can it be long before they launch The Sewing Channel? Or is there already one?

Good niche channel and often is worth a visit. Please check the listings here 'cause you may find something to like and watch.

I am amazed at how often I catch myself watching this channel. I like the passport to Europe and the top 10 lists.

Once in a while they have something worthwhile, with decent depth and thought (and this from an inveterate international traveller).

I like road trip, made in america, most of the destination america shows, most of the best kept secrets (when they tell secrets about states, areas, or cities), and a lot of the other shows like that, i hate world poker tour, and i hate all of the millionare shows.

This channel used to be about travel, but now has been bit by the reality bug and show programs that TLC and others also show.

I like the World's Best segments, as well as documentaries on various national parks and vacation destinations. The World Poker Tour sucks though. Televised card games are so boring.

This channel used to be really exciting and interesting years ago when they showed "Adventure Bound" with Alby Mangels and "Lonely Planet" with Ian Wright. Now all it is a boring "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" channel, showing how millionaires can travel but not really catering to the average American or budget traveler. How on earth can the TRAVEL channel justify showing cooking shows and poker tournaments??? Pure boring crap. I'll stick to PBS for more informative travel shows.

Awesome Channel! My Favorite Shows are- Worlds Best, Great Hotels, Travel Channel Presents, and Secrets Unrevealed. When I cant find anything else to see, I always turn to Travel Channel and most of the time I like what thier showing. Although sometimes they show too much Las Vegas and It gets Annoying, Besides That, Travel Channel Rocks!

My favorite shows are Top Ten,Travel Channel secrets, Great Hotels, Two for Las Vegas, and Exotic Islands. I love it when they focus on theme parks & exotic countries. Least favorite shows-1. Worlds best bathrooms. Are you interested in talking toilet bowls? Not me! 2. Epicurious & any cooking show.

Pretty interesting station. I love the roller coaster segments.

The travel channel has the best kept secrets of America and the World. Their vacations always look good, and, expensive, sometimes, but that's a show in itself. Curious World is one of the shows that I always try to watch, because it has very interesting things, about the world.
