********I ONLY APPLIED ONE STAR BECAUSE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE ZERO HERE********ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS!! They do not communicate with you, (EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT TO PULL SOMETHING COMPLETELY UNDERHANDED) Even if you are trying to communicate with them. They don't care. They are out to make a buck. No customer service skills. They don't follow up with you when they say they will. You simply don't matter. You are not a customer, you are a number. They will tell you one thing and do another. They have called me a liar repeatedly and i am absolutely horrified that so many people use them. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR> PUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR MATRESS BEFORE USING FLORIDA TELCO FOR ANYTHING.
