Kenny Leigh is horrible.....he ripped me off and caused a scene and was beat by a first time first client freshman lawyer!!

He never once helped me out when I needed someone who claimed to be For MenOnly...a neon sign that reads FOR BAD MEN ONLY in the Legal world!!!BEWARE!!MEN!!
He let my X walk all over me in court everytime...he later got into trouble with the opposing Lawyer after he made me spend thousands of dollars using other Lawyers Like Parker _____! You know who that has another TV AD like (Kenny) not to be trusted when you are begging on TV.......my case still lingers....Thanks KENNY!!!

We hired Kenny to renotiate alimony and child support. He required a LARGE retainer. Even then, every time we turned around we received another bill. We settled the case, not to our satisfaction, but thinking we could modify it later on. When we went to do that we found out, "Oops....forgot to tell you....there has to be a substantial change in income before you can go back to court." Had we had this information, we wouldn't have settled but instead, pressed on. Kenny has run an amazing marketing campaign with the "for men only" slogan but in truth, he's not at all agressive. He's a pussy cat ---- and that's a kind description!! In fact, we had more than 60% of the original retainage left and even as a good faith effort, he refused to refund even a portion of it (If he had, I'm certain I would not be writing this review right now!!!). Kenny Leigh is a user and a swindler (another little "Madoff") and won't be fighting for your best interests. Go with an aggressive attorney such as Sandra Mathis at Rogers Towers. Or, search for a reputable attorney on www.SuperLawyers.com. Learn from our mistake!!!!!!!!!! Don't fall prey to Kenny Leigh's marketing campaign. Best of luck to you!!

Kenny Leigh represented me in a non-contested matter until I fired him and he represented at least two (2) men that I know, none of which benfitted. Kenny Leigh should NEVER litigate a contested matter. Contrary to his recent barrage of advertising designed to entice new clients, Kenny Leigh is not a good advocate for contested matters. Kenny Leigh would be fine for a non-contested matter; however, many paralegals are able to perform the same duties for far less money. I personally fired Kenny Leigh because he was not up front and was willing to accept retainer fees while failing to service a case. He allowed his own family issues to interfere with his ability to concentrate on his client. Kenny Leigh does not understand the law in a manner conducive to his client. In other words, very poor attorneys are sucessful litigators when Kenny Leigh is the opposing counsel because they run the table at your expense. I would recommend a paralegal if possible or an attorney like Barry Sinoff if litigation can not be avoided. Attorneys like Barry Sinoff will charge twice as much up front,but your case will get resolved wherein both parties can move forward and reduce the post-marital strife.
