Sunset Boulevard was a fun, and thrilling MUSICAL (not play) with Glenn Close as the funny Norma Desmond...the fading silent film star who is on the brink of suicidal, because she cannot get work...but is helped with the aid of friends...and her butler. I liked it a lot, although the music was a bit off for my tastes.
