Great to work with, unlike Anonaman I went to have a repair made that I created myself, didnt turn it into insurance and they were very good with the price and amount of time to get my car back to me as I was without transportation. I will continue to use them for repairs and would highly recommend them.

Apparently they have all the business they need because they refused to take mine! I used my lunch break to visit Faust for an estimate this week. The first question the receptionist asked was "Which insurance company?" I told her it likely wouldn't be an insurance claim and that either the company I work for or the company that owns the equipment that caused the damge would pay for the repair. This wasn't a good answer evidently, because she immeidately shot back that she couldn't even provide an estimate before next week. I took this to mean that they only want to deal with insurance claims since they can presumably jack up the costs more and that they weren't interested in my business. I'd stay away from this place. They seem to focus too much on the almight buck and not enough on customer service.
