I like this Frascati a lot! I much prefer it to Prosecco, another Italian sparkling white wine that is a bit sweeter. Frascati is drier and has less fizz. This is the brand that I usually find available at state stores in Pennsylvania, and I particularly like to buy it in the larger bottle for celebrations!

Great, fresh summertime wine. Goes well with salads and pastas, chicken and some light seafood dishes. Refreshing & clean finish!

Decent, unchallenging and pleasant. Priced properly as well.

Fontana Candida Frascati (2002) is a very enjoyable light and crisp white wine that goes down smoothly with a clean finish. It is the perfect companion to most seafood and perfectly compliments all non-fried shrimp selections. A best buy at under $10 a bottle. Enjoy!

Except for the big crowd in the summer, this fountain is great. The huge marble statues are very sensual and they really evoke a "dolce vita." The contrast of the azure water on the white marble is amazing. The fountain is rich, yet simple and surrounded by 1800 buildings that just add to it. Watch out: do not get ripped off by thieves or businesses.

I love Frascati. It has been described as the "Budweiser" of Italy - due to how popular this white table wine is with "regular Italians." It is light, crisp, and goes down cleanly. Best of all, it is still only $7 a bottle.
