Sure it's pricy and trendy, but it's the best sushi in SF. The sashimi is fresh, the rolls are delicious, and the pyramid appetizer (tuna tartar with guacamole) is incredible. Sometimes even without a reservation on the weekend, you can still get a seat at the sushi bar.

Never been there, but I'll give it 4 stars just for the black in-joke of the name.

Blowfish is very cool and trendy - lots of neat anime art on the wall, video screen, good food... but very pricy and very crowded. If you make it over to this part of the city, make sure to check out the Monkey Bar afterwards... just a block away.
