Great martial arts school! Quality instruction, affordable rates. Teaches the foundation, history, and mechanics associated with the Korean martial art TAE KWON DO. Instructors are very learned in the art, as well as other mixed martial arts. Classes focus on self-defense, forms, and sparring. Bi-monthly testing for rank promotions. Beginners classes are not required, but are available to those new to the art or those who enjoy a lighter workout. Classes run daily, and students are encouraged to come to as many classes as they wish.
