Quiet and small sushi restaurant in the heart of the mission, that feels like being in a small family owned restaurant somewhere in Japan (I've never been to Japan, but I assume this is how it feels)

The server is a mature woman who is very polite and helpful (i am not an expert ordering sushi, so she helped me)

Tako Niguiri (octopus) - I didn't like this , it was too hard
Unagi Niguiri (freshwater eal) - I love eal and this wasn't an exception Tokyo Maki (salmon/avocado) - not amazing but good enough

At lunch time, the food is served with soup. I don't know what kind of soup was it but it's probably the best thing of my meal.

Fresh, cheap, sushi. You're not going to go wrong with We Be Sushi, though it doesn't have the atmosphere of Tokyo GoGo up the street.
